Standard duty application
Folded/ Welded (WW) construction provides the ultimate in appearance and a strong
seamless surface. Thickness: 0.009".
Spark-resistant application
Available in Folded / Welded (WW) construction, 0.014" thickness or Folded/Sewn
(WM) traditional construction, 0.008" thickness with high-stress capabilities.
Heavy-duty spark and extended wear applications
Our ultimate Walk-On (WO) cover offering fully sewn, weld resistant, long-life
construction able to withstand the weight of a typical worker.

OEM SIZES
Rail sizes available for (but not limited to) Thomson, THK, STAR, IKO, HIWIN, SCHNEEBERGER, SKF, NSK, and INA.
VEE DEPTHS
Choose from one of many v-depths (height) to suit your application. We would recommend the deepest v-depth allowable as it provides the best compression
(increased stroke) and best economy.
MOUNTINGS
Choose from:
Standard - End plates of PVC or Aluminum (ready to drill or pre-drilled)
Velcro - Hook & Loop attachment kit for carriage,
cover, and rail.
Uni-Clip -: Patented metal attachment system fits most
OEM 25, 35, & 45 carriages and rails.
LENGTH IN MM:
Cover "Extended Length" is defined as rail length less the distance between
carriage extremes. "Stroke" is defined as the cover length less the Compressed
Length. Compression ratios by v-depth are defined by the following construction
methods (based on standard material -varies by material used):
